A longsword created in 3E. Some conversion may be necessary. Quickdeath is a bright silver long
sword, with simple a matte black crossguard. The pommel is wrapped in a coarse black hide of some sort and set with a
smooth obsidian stone, through which Quickdeath can see when drawn and held. Quickdeath is an intelligent Long
sword created for the Brotherhood of Dragon Slayers. His
creation was botched a bit, and so Quickdeath has some less than effective abilities. He is greatly confused and mostly lacks a short term
memory (and hence, mostly lacks a long term memory.) Quickdeath
is only "conscious" when drawn and held. Quickdeath is most interested in
getting into combat with just about anything, but particularly dragons and dragon-kin. In combat, his limited perception and lack of memory doesn't matter,
and he his relatively comfortable. He doesn't think to wait for tactics, but if
forced to listen to a tactical discussion, it is possible for him to offer some useful (but
most likely obvious) insights into the situation. He detests being put away, it only adds
to his nearly constant state of confusion, since he has no means to tell how much time has
passed since he was last drawn. +4 Long sword, Quickdeath
Some of the *limited* things that Quickdeath can remember:
